Hi all,

If this issues has been awnsered before. Please excuze, I have not been able to find the correct answer i'm looking for.

I have 2 calendars, in two diff tenants in office365.

Calendar 1 = Work Calendar

Calendar 2 = Private Calendar

I'm able to create a flow, so when ever a new appointment is created in my work calender, it should also create the appointment in my private calendar.

But, the tricky part for me comes when I want this to only to happen when the new appointment is outside business hours.

As you can see from the picture, I have no clue what I should add to the "Is grather than" field.

Hope you can help me. This is my first flow, so don't kill me 😉

    Hi @Zaulich ,

Could you please explain more details about the business hours that you mentioned? Is it a special time?

You could refer to my screenshot below to enter a specail time in the second field in the Condition:

    Best regards,

Well, yes it's special a special time.

It should be normal work days (mon-fri) from 16:00 to 08:00. In that period it should duplicate the event.

    And sun/sat all day.

I agree that what you replied could work, it would only work for that specific day - and not very generic.

    Hope you understand 🙂
