I am currently engaged in an automation project that involves AI Builder's capabilities, specifically focusing on extracting custom information from documents. During the course of this project, I've encountered a scenario where certain details within a PDF file require substitution with alternative text when an excel spreadsheet is feeded. Our dataset comprises various types of information that necessitate replacement with corresponding predefined data.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on the best approach to achieve this within the context of AI Builder and document information extraction. Thank you in advance for your insights.

Hi @riusso

Just to confirm, so flow should extract details from pdf using ai builder and should replace the words present in an excel with this corresponding replacement part ,

am i right ?

Indeed, your understanding is accurate. To elaborate, let's consider the scenario: AI Builder successfully extracts data from the "ANP Name" field from a PDF file. However, when this information is populated within the spreadsheet, it's imperative that the corresponding names are displayed in alignment with the "Field" column.

Actually i have a flow with 3 steps, just like that below.
I am wondering about create one more step "Initialize variable", and input the formula 'replace ()', but i don't know where in it.

For example

If ANP Name value is 3-RJS-677A then replace by LULA
If ANP Name value is 7-SPH-8-SPS then replace by Iracema
