SQL When Item Is Created (V2) not triggering

One flow stopped triggering when an item in SQL table is created (screenshots below). The error states BadGateway, however when I look at the status of the Gateway it suggests it's online and up to date. No changes made to architecture of SQL table, simply adding rows to it. The flows don't show as failed in the run list either so I can't resubmit.

The error message suggests timeout issue but I have other flows using the exact same gateway AND trigger but are working fine!!

Solutions would be appreciated as I'm lost on this one.

Were any rows deleted in the SQL table?

I know that the trigger(s) for the SQL connectors can be very sensitive due to how it tries to keep track of rows in a table.

Thank you for taking the time to read and respond, no items have been deleted from the table, only created.
