Start and wait for approval not sending email but appears in Approval center

Hi all,

I have encountered an issue while creating a basic approval flow. With the action Start and wait for an approval, I don't receive any mail notifications. Approvals appear only in Approval center.

Folders like Junk and Other are checked and mails are not even there. Also, enable notifications in the action is marked as Yes.

Isn't that supposed to be a simplyfing process for approving via email? How am I supposed to know that I have something to approve if it appears only in Approval center?

    Hi Hardesh,

thanks for your reply. When I try to upload an image, next notification appears: "You do not have permission to upload images.".

I have submitted a ticket to Microsoft and in their reply I received an instructions which guided me on subscribing to receive PowerApps and Flow mails. I'm not really sure if it's a resolution of my problem. Do you maybe know is that a good approach to resolve my problem?

In communication with client, they had a filter which didn't permit the mails from @microsoft.com. Once, they whitelisted all mails from users with @microsoft.com domain, approvals appeared in Outlook.
