Hi All,

I need help undersatnding flow licensing. Our organization employees has an Office 365 Enterprise E3 account. Any features that are in it? Whether on Flow for Office 365 has an edition version plan? Whether every edition version plan has limitations?

In the picture for Flow Free, Maximum number of run per month (per user) = 750.

First, the article you referred to is out of date. Flow licensing changed on October 1. Refer to this current FAQ for more information.

The FAQ site also points to a PDF containing full information about licensing. Here's a copy of the summary table for Office 365 Flow licensing from the licensing guide. To summarize:

Office 365 E3 licenses still include Flow licensing
You can build unlimited Flows using Standard connectors to extend or enhance Office 365. Standalone Flows that have nothing to do with Office 365 require additional licensing.
The old capacity quotas have been removed and replaced with a sliding API cap of 2,000 API calls a day
The Office license does not cover Premium connectors (including SQL and Azure now) or the Common Data Service (CDS).
Users who were using SQL and Azure prior to October 1 got an extension of 1 to 5 years to continue using them as standard connectors.
The Office "seeded" license is not the same as the Flow FREE license.
