PowerApps flow button resulting in error when pressed by other users

Hello all,

I have a flow button on an app that populates a word document, transform it in PDF, and then send an email.

When I press the button (the creator of the app), it goes normally. But when another user presses it, it gives an error:

"The method 'Run' has an invalid value for parameter[...]".

Any idea what that might be?

Do the other users have a per user/per app licence ? You have a Premium Connector in the Flow.

Hello @WarrenBelz !

I'm sorry I didn't specify it, but I'm not using premium conectors. I'm using a free method to populate the word document.

The thing is, it doesn't even trigger the flow. It gives an error before starting it, inside Power Apps. And I don't know why it only gives the error to other users, and not me.

Hi @luigicaetano ,

By "free method", I assume you are using Quick Parts for the merge and OneDrive for the PDF ? That message suggests one of the parameters is not being retrieved. Have you checked all data sources have been shared with them ?

Hello @WarrenBelz . Thanks for taking your time to try to help me.

Yes, I'm using Quick parts and OneDrive for the PDF. Yes, I've shared all the data sources with them. The parameter that isn't being retrieved is from inside the Power Apps (being retrived from a Collection), which is why I'm having a hard time trying to come up with a solution.

Hello, @WarrenBelz .

Yes, it gives an error on one of the quick parts, "sugestc". I've tried to link it with a collection, with a Power Apps formula, anything. Whenever another user clicks on the button the error is there.

Hello, @WarrenBelz .

It's a long function, sugestc is: LookUp(variaveisfiscais;ID=1;sugestc).

There are over 100 quick parts to fill.

It seems it may be the wrong data type. Go to View > Variables and see if it is Text.

It is a Text variable, yes. As I said, when I press the button, everything works fine. The problem is when other users press it.
