Data table not display all data

I have a SharePoint List. For my PowerApp, I am using four fields. Two of the fields are lookup fields to other sharepoint lists. The filter I applied(field is a text field in SharePoint and a lookup field) is only bring back about a tenth of the data. Also, next to my datatable is a "blue i"

I've read the material, but I'm not sure if it's helping. The dropdown uses a distinct formula and seems to be working.
When I select a college from the dropdown, all of the SharePoint rows for that college did not display.

I just created the app about 2 weeks ago. It would have happened during this time period.
