Hi All,

Using power apps, I call a flow and I send an HTML control with data to create a PDF and then send the link to the new file.

The flow works, but the users of my organization receives the email and can not open the file because they do not have access.

Is there any way to grant access to the file before sharing the link? Or should I have to create the file in a SharePoint library ?

Hello,

you can utilize the "Create sharing link for a file or folder" action. This action allows you to generate a link with specific permissions (view or edit) and an optional expiration date, providing controlled access to the file without granting broader permissions

Select the SharePoint site where your OneDrive is located. And in Library select OneDrive.

Then the FileId and what type of sharing you would like (Read or Edit)
