It sounds frustrating to have your Copilot suddenly stop retrieving data from SharePoint. I have just had a look at the screenshot -"No information was fond that could help answer that"
There could be several reasons for this issue:
Permissions: Ensure that the user accessing the Copilot has sufficient permissions on the SharePoint data source.
File Size: Check if the files you’re trying to access are larger than 3 MB, as generative answers can only use files under this size limit.
Configuration: Verify that the app registration and Copilot are correctly configured.
Content Moderation: Ensure that the content (that you are searching for) isn’t being blocked by content moderation.
Additionally, if you recently made any changes to your Copilot’s authentication settings, it might take a few hours for these changes to take effect. You can try typing “Start Over” in the chat to restart the Copilot conversation from the latest published state.
