Filter Array Condition Syntax

Greetings, I have what is probably a very simple question.  I have an array with two elements, Name and Count.  When I try to filter the array on Name, I get a blank result.  I assume my syntax is incorrect when I am referring to the Name element, I used

item()?['Name'].

Example showing the array:

    There is nothing coming back in the body of the filter array, so it can’t find anything 😉

    Yes, that is the output of the filter array showing there is nothing coming back.  However, there IS A RECORD in the array with that value, therefore I assume there is a problem with my condition.

    @equals(item()?['Name'],'jane.doe@blah.com')

    Hi @Katherine_Pepe

    I could not see colon after the "Name" property key in the array object. It should be like:

    "Name" : "email address"

    If colon is missing, then pls correct the input & retest the filter action.

    If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks

    I discovered the issue... one of the values had a different case than the other, and the comparison is of course case sensitive.  One was the result of a SharePoint people picker and one was the result of an Office 365 User action (Get Direct Reports).  Since both of these were automated people records, I didn't consider case!  I changed both to tolower(value) and it worked.
