Waiting for change in Sharepoint List and then continuing flow

So I have created a flow, which sends a Leave Request to my Project Manager , and shows the changes made in the Leave request via the SharePoint List .The flow is triggered when an item or a file is modified.

However the flow ends with the project manager getting the email. What I want is the flow to send the email to project manager, wait for the response from the Project Manager, and then move onto the next step, that is mailing the HR. The reason I need this flow to continue is because I need the Data I have extracted throughout this flow .

Is there anyway to make the flow wait , while I wait for another change in my SharePoint List .

Have you looked at using Send email with options this will wait for the response by means of a choice in the email.

Actually the response will be triggered through a power app, which will make changes in the SharePoint list. I researched a bit and apparently you cannot do what I need to do in a single flow. I will have to make another flow to track the 2nd change
