Enable Dynamics 365 Apps

 Hi Team,
 
Can someone please help me where I can check if current environment was created with the 'Enable Dynamics 365 Apps' option? I'm trying to use the Common Data Service, but I’m getting a CDS-related error. If anyone can guide me on how to enable this for an existing environment, that would be really helpful

    In the Power Platform Admin center you need to check two things
     
    1) Make sure a Dataverse database has been provisioned for the Environment.  When you look at the details of the environment you'll see a section on the right side that shows the database or gives you a link to create one.
    2) The other spot to check is on the Resources Dropdown in the Environment.  You should see an entry for Dynamic 365 Apps.

    Thank you and this helps. I see database is setup right with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 apps but I am getting error message and I am getting the existing database

    I get the same Error code for the Customer Insights Update. In my case the Update was ok but in the Dynamics 365 apps list, the status is: "Installation failed"

    Form the Web Sevice error codes i get this Message:

    Name: HybridSSSExchangeOnlineS2SCertActsExpired
    Message: Certificate used for S2S authentication of Dynamics 365 Onpremise with Exchange Online has expired
     

    I guess the Exchange Server certificate should be renewed.
    Any suggestions from the community?
