Backlog ticket assignment based on rostered people in teams

Hi everyone, 

 

I am trying to automate ticket back log assignment task. 

 

I have scheduled email from Service Now for backlog tickets daily. I want to distribute the tickets equally among people who are scheduled for that day and i will get that information from teams Shifts. Is there any way to achieve that ? Any suggestion is welcome.
