Route Files from Email to Different Document Library

Hello,

I am working on taking attachments I receive from an automated source, but I receive two different files. Currently, both files get loaded into one SharePoint document library but I want to be able to dynamically route them to two different document libraries based on their name. Both have very unique names so I want to add a condition to my power automate to based of the name route to this document library and the other file can go to a different document library.

Any suggestions?

    Hi @ElvirBotic ,

Here's some framework to help you get started and make it your own.  So in this example, if I have a email that contains two attachments and I want the one that starts with "daily" to go into on folder, I do that, else I save in another folder.  Please mark as a solution.

@trice602 This is a big help. I just created what you took a screenshot of, but the file got routed to the wrong folder. I used "Contain" instead of "Starts with" because my keyword is more towards the end of the file. I think I can have the system rename them on export do you think that would be better than to use the default name it provides?

    HI @ElvirBotic ,

Nice!  Glad it helped!  Yes, I would recommend renaming them on export then you don't have to worry about challenges here.  Please mark as a solution 😁
