My flow was working for 2 months and now it's not..

I am basically grabbing items from a SPO list to then delete on the other SPO lists.

Error Action 'Get_items_Cancel_Delete_List' failed

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

    @Dina ,

    Could you please take a try to update the connection or add a new connection for the List rows present in a table action in your flow?

    "Unauthorized" error could usually be fixed by updating the connection.

    I will update my response, sorry I thought you were working with excel. Are you an admin on the SharePoint site?

    I am the site owner not admin. I’ve updated connections, removed lists and added them back .. still nothing!

    @Anonymous any other options? Thanks for the help!

    @Dina ,

    All the things you've done make sense to me. One last thing I would try in this case might be creating a new flow from scratch and creating this Sharepoint action on the new flow. Sometimes weird things happen in power automate to me. If it magically works you can simply copy the rest of your flow to the new flow

    hi @Dina ,

    I had the same case for sharepoint, I managed to solve it by changing to "JSON format" (absurd) but that's how it is.

    site 1 : /name/folder/content.xxx (get)
    site 2 : %252fname%252ffolder%252fcontent.xxx (delete)

    change / to %252f
    and space by %2b
