Import botton to import an excel file

I need to create a button in my app to upload excel or csv data to my tblData sharepoint list inside the app. Like an Import button then it will open dialog box to choose the csv file then when the user hit Open it will save to the SharePoint list. Is that possible?

    you need to run a flow from the app and pass the file as base64
