Hi to all,

First time using power automate/forms, and have no clues on making appointments/event based on filled forms, i am appreciated if you guys are able to help.

The form is about migration services, of which "Person A" can request to make an appointment during working weekdays, and create an event in Office 365 Outlook when a Microsoft Forms is submitted, the events is shared acrross the shared calendar.

Requirements for the form:

1. Appointment Date

2. Type of Migration (either option A or Option B)

3. Migration Size (either small or big after choosing either option in question 2)

4. Quantity (can only be stated if small size is chosen in question 3)

5.  Small and Big migration cannot be done on the same working day, small migration quantity is less than 100 numbering and big migration is more than 100 numbering.

6. for  small migration, 30 numbering will take 1 hour time, for big migration, 1 whole day will be taken into process.

Requirement for the power automate,

1. Able to receive response and generate the event based on appointment date and job scope detail.

2. must be able to generate the event in shared calendar, either, able to show the morning or afternoon session.
