How to set an all-day event in Outlook using PA?

Hello together,

I would like to use PowerAutomate to dynamically take a date from a SharePoint list and then set an all-day event in Outlook on that date.

Unfortunately, I have the problem that the end date must be +1 day to the start date so that the appointment can be set as an all-day event in Outlook.

However, I have not yet found a working function to dynamically set the start date +1 day as the end date of the appointment. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Thank you 🙂

    Hi @marvinwelte

    You need to write fx expressions for start time & end time for creating a full day event. Here is an example, I am setting up full day event for today:

    Expression needs to be added in expression box, below is the expression for start time:

    startOfDay(utcNow())

    Expression used for End time:

    addHours(startOfDay(utcNow()),24)

    You also need to set the "Is all day event?" parameter to "Yes":

    Pls replace utcNow() with the date from SharePoint list.

    If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks
