Hello community,
I created a flow for automatic email notification after submission of a Form, but the sender of the email that is sent to the respondent is not from my company, it is from microsoft power apps.

I want to change the connector to the email of my company. So I have tried to change connection but no option appears.

Even though I have managed my connections. this list below is not reflecting in the connection of my flow.

could you help me to switch connections please
Many thanks

Can you add a new connection ?

or you can try to create a new one.
    2. on the left menu tree, choose Templates.
    3. Search 'Send an email to responder when response submitted in Microsoft Forms'.
    4. you will get it , change it according your needs.

It looks like you are using the "Send an email notification" action to send the email.  It is generally accepted that use of this action is discouraged.  You cannot control the sender when using this connection and emails sent usually end up in junk email.

My suggestion is to create a shared mailbox and make sure that you have permissions to send from the shared mailbox. Remove the Send an email notification action.  Then, use the Send an email from a shared mailbox action.  The sender will be the shared mailbox, so name the mailbox appropriately.

Another alternative is just to substitute the Office 365 Outlook Send an email action.  The downside is that it will show as being sent from you or the connection that you use with the action.
