Track Outlook Emails in Excel - Received Time will not pull

Hi there

Looking for some help, I'm trying to use the template for pulling email activity into excel. I've set the spreadsheet up as directed in the template and connected successfuly.

The trouble is, Received Time is not auto populated as below:

If I leave as is, the flow runs and pulls in the other info (Subject, From, CC). If I add in Received Time dynamic content, the flow does not run as below:

My Table is set up in Excel Online as below:

Any help would be appreciated, as this is an official (and seemingly simple) Flow template, I'm not sure what's causing the issue.

Thanks in advance.

Gary

Acording to the error shown in Run History->Insert Row->Outputs->Body, "File is locked" (not 100% sure of this text, I had to zoom on the image)

This typically means Excel file is open

I got crazy some months ago with the same issue

    Hope this helps

    Hi Gary4279,

When using the template Track Outlook Emails in Excel, the dynamic content for Received time won’t be auto populated to this filed, you need to select it from the dynamic contents.

As @efialttes suggested, please close the Excel table when flow is trying to save data to it, otherwise the error “File is being blocked” would be thrown.

    Best regards,
    Mabel Mao
