AI OCR File size/ page count limitation

In Power Flow, am using AI Builder - Recognize text in an image or a PDF document.  I am not able to extract data from 50 pages pdf document (size is 2.5mb) containing text and images. The flow keep on running for hours but not ouput.  Tried file with 10-15 pages, that is working well
 
Can someone help me to troubleshoot.
 
If you know other limitations of this component  then do share.
