Power Automate 2.48 on Windows 10.

I'd like to make al the fonts and graphical parts in my flow smaller so I can see more steps per screen to see the big picture. How can I do that?

Thank you.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

This is not feasible at this moment in power automate desktop and I believe this feature is in power automate roadmap.

    Hey Hi,

As per my understanding,To make the fonts and graphical parts smaller in Power Automate Desktop 2.48, you can adjust the display settings of your Windows 10 system.

Options are not available directly within Power Automate Desktop, adjusting your system’s display settings should help you achieve a more comprehensive view of your flow.

(Note:- if you got your solution you can mark as solution and gives kudos)

    Thanks & Regards

You are actually able to zoom out in the editor if you click in the middle of your actions in the flow editor and then press Ctrl + Num(-) (Control and minus in Numpad).

So make sure you don't click any of your actions but outside of them and then use Ctrl + NumPad + or - to zoom in or out. You will need to have numpad or atleast for me just pressing Ctrl and plus or minus does not work.

It will zoom out also in your side panels which might make it difficult to edit the flow but if you want to get bigger picture look for a moment then it might be useful

Furthest away that I was able to zoom out:

By default with my resolution I can see about 19 steps and with zoomed out the most I can see 39 steps.

I am on a laptop, an Dell XPS 17 9710. I do not have a number keypad. I have normal - and + keys and those didn't work with CTRL. I will look around to see if I could simulate a number keypad - and +.

While the answer will solve things for some people it will not solve things for people with a laptop.

Then try running on On-Screen Keyboard and do with that. It will be much more cumbersome (or just attach physical keyboard to your laptop that has numpad on it). If you don't have numpad on the onscreen keyboard click the Options button on the on screen keyboard next to Help and toggle on "Turn on numeric key pad"

Or download AutoHotKey and try if you can use that to access numpad substract key

Thank you @eetuRobo. I found the On Screen Keyboard but I had to turn on the numeric keypad inside it, and that works. However PBI does not same the zoom out amount when I quit the flow and go back into it. Saving the zoom amount would be a nice feature to have. I will be making fairly complicated a long flows if I continue to use PA.
