App from Sharepoint Online Page library

I'm trying to create a basic app to display items from a Sharepoint page library, and have followed the official Microsoft instructions here.

According to the above i should see a "Create an app" from the powerapps menu on the sharepoint library, OR connect to the page library from within PowerApps itself, however i cant do either of these.

The page library has some extra columns, which i thought might be the issue, although i tried it with a basic out of the box page library and still cant see the "Create an app" option.

Any ideas?

    Hi @mrmeanor ,

    Do you have your list in the New Experience (In Advanced Settings). You should see the option below

    I've change it to new experience, as it was on default before, although since it's a modern experience site there is no change in how it looks. Anyway, the "Create an app" still doesnt display. All i see under the PowerApps menu is "See all apps" and " Customise form"

    Hi @mrmeanor ,

    Very strange - there are no more settings that I am aware of. Simply go to https://powerapps.microsoft.com/ , log in and create it from there.

    Hi @mrmeanor ,

    Did you follow my suggestion and create it from the Power Apps design portal - you get exactly the same app.

    Yes, this is where i went. I then clicked on Create app from data>Sharepoint, and get the list of recent sites, i then click any of the sites however there is no page library to select, and when i search for anything like "Pages" or "page library" there are no results:

    Yes, it successfully connects to the sharepoint site but does not display any lists or libraries

    @mrmeanor ,

    You have to add these as data sources. I a Library, it is in the Items property. In a form, it is the DataSource property.
