Extract part of text from compose output

Hi,

I'm trying to extract only part of the text from a compose output. I am getting information on an item in a SharePoint list, when contact person is updated - I need to send an e-mail to the new contact person and the old contact person. I am getting some meta data as output including "type", "LookupID", "LookupValue" and "Email". I will only be needing the email and not the "email", but the actual e-mail address.

Can anybody help me in how I do that?

Hi @ManishJain

Yes I can.

This is the output I get from the compose, which I would like to work with and I need to be able to use the e-mail to send an e-mail. It won't be the same e-mail always, so I cannot just past the e-mail address.
