Approvals connector - Line space formatting

Hi,

Is there a way to change the format of the body? I am trying to add a line space between "Hi" and the rest of the paragraph afterwards and before "Thank you,". Currently adding line breaks and html codes do not work. This is how it looks like on flows:

This is how it is showing as in outlook:

Thanks,

    HI @Anonymous,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

Where do you open the Approval email? From Outlook web app or Outlook desktop client?

I suppose that you open the Approval email within Outlook web app, is it true? I have made a test on my side (Open the approval email from Outlook desktop client) and don't have the issue that you mentioned. My flow's configuration as below:30.JPG

The flow works successfully as below:31.JPG

But when I open this approval email within Outlook web app, I faced same issue with you as below:32.JPG

I also found that it shows well in Approvals Center, I afraid that formatting line space is not supported in Outlook web app currently, if you would like this feature to be improved in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

    Best regards,

    Kris

Oh I see we use both Outlook web app and the desktop client but didn't know it was not possible to change the formatting. Thank you will submit it to Flow ideas
