Email Subject matching Folder Name - Copy Email to that Folder

We have email folders with unique names. We want incoming and outgoing emails where the subject line contains/matches the folder name to be copied to that folder.

Any help for a complete novice would be appreciated.

@D_Mac in the When a new email arrives (V2) trigger you need to specify the text to look for in the Subject Filter field. Then add a Move email (V2), select Message Id from the dynamic content and enter the folder to move it to:

    Hi @RobElliott

Not sure if I sent my reply correctly a few days ago....

We want to manually create an email folder with a unique name. Then, automatically copy incoming/sent emails where the subject matches the folder name, to that folder.

If you can assist, you are a genius.

I thought that's what my response did. You could also have another flow that looks at the Sent items folder as well and also copies or moves the  email to that folder.

@RobElliott we don't have to create a flow for every folder that is created. Using the subject line, can it look for a matching folder with the same name then if there's a match, trigger the copy email to folder?

@D_Mac  oh I see, sorry I misunderstood. There's no action to list all Outlook folders which is a shame as it would be really useful. there's a USer Voice request for it at https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Ideas/Get-all-folders-action-for-Outlook-Tasks/idi-p/83291
