Error when adding predict (current Environment) to flow

Hi,

I am trying to add a predict step to my flow after an email is received. I get the model that is built however I am receiving the below error:

Encountered internal server error from the XRM API. The tracking Id is '6ddfd22c-5ceb-4e95-91e2-7d99aca92f94'.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Hi @abm ,

I have just started to create the flow. Here is a screenshot for the same. I need to take the attachment from the mail (PDF) and then have the model read the PDF and store all the information in variables.

Thanks for the screenshot. So where you mapping the attachment content. Where you getting the error?

Hi @abm ,

I am new to flow. Where and how do you map the attachment content. When the email is received with the attachment PDF the next step from Predict should take that document as Input for further processing. I am getting the error at the predict stage and no other details are present.

The predict stage should actually give the fields that are present in the model.

If you have the right permissions then it looks like an internal error. If problem persists after few hours please raise a support ticket with MS Power Automate support team.

Thank you for your assistance. Unfortunately the error still persists.

I also get the below error at times:

Request to XRM API failed with error: 'Message: Combined execution time of incoming requests exceeded limit of 1200000 milliseconds over time window of 300 seconds. Decrease number of concurrent requests or reduce the duration of requests and try again later. Code: 0x80072321 InnerError:
