I have created a flow that send an email to approver that can approved or reject the request directly from email.
But after the request has been approved or rejected, where is the approved/rejected data located?
As I can't see in my SharePoint list.

The approval result would be saved in the output of the "Start an wait for an approval" action, we need to update the result to the sharepoint.
If you have created an item in the sharepoint list and then start the approval, you should have a Result column in the sharepoint list to save the result, the screenshot of the flow should as below:
