Do you mean that the email sent by Send me an email notification action is later than the email sent by Send email action?
Are these two actions in the same Flow? If they have a sequence, then the emails sent by these two actions will also be in the order.
In addition, I tested the two actions separately, and it seems that there is not much difference in the time to receive the email.
You could understand that the Send me an email notification action is sent by the same email address as maccount@microsoft.com, and the Send an email action is a personal account, so there may be some differences, but it will not affect the expected operation.
