I have a app in powerapps with customer and project information. I have also created a Excel template and i like to populate information from PowerApps to Excel and place project information, customer information eg in the heading in the spredsheet .
I like to fill out the information marked with red xxxx with data from PowerApps. This works well in word, but any idea how to populate this information to Excel, when it is not any table ?

You can use and run office scripts via the Run Script action in the Excel connector.
You can read more about office scripts here. Here are some samples for interacting with a single cell/cells.
I would recommend office scripts but you could also use PAD flows if you have access.
