This is my problem: How can I solve this?
 
OpenApiOperationParameterTypeConversionFailed
The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Termin_erstellen' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: Input parameter 'item/requiredAttendees' is required to be of type 'String/email'. The runtime value '"i:0#.f|membership|n.aldeh@holrk.de"' to be converted doesn't have the expected format 'string/email'.

    Based on the error and your screen shot, populate the e-mail address with the e-mail address value instead of the claims value. I cannot be sure since you don't show how you configured the Outlook action, but that is most likely the issue.
