Power Automate approval flow issue with "Requested by"

Dear community, hello! hope everybody and families are safe!

I hope also all enjoying the BA Summit! lots of fantastic news 🙂

Sorry but I am in trouble and need your help: I created an approval flow in my customer environment, but I face two problems that I do not how to solve:

1. The request approvals are been requested by ME... The idea is that the request is sent from the person that triggered it. Is this possible?

2. When the system sends the approval request, it also sends an email reminder every 5 minutes... is it possible to change that time?

Hi @HugoAndresMR67 ,

For the first question, we could not change the created by, this field will display the maker of the Flow. You can add the email of the requestor in the Requestor field to explain that this request was created for other people.

For the second question, I am afraid that I could not understand your meaning. Does Flow include other Send an email action? Or is there any other Flow that has also been triggered, please provide more details so that we can analyze this problem together.

Requested By: supposed to be the employee name.
