I have flow running file for one year and all of sudden started to fail 3 days back with this error. its basically create excel sheet in one drive, then convert it to PDF. The created excel sheet File is opened successfully in One drive and in desktop.

I have removed connections and added them again. remove the Converted connector and try the path one. i have added a delay. Nothing worked. any suggestion!!

    Hi @Mocaszcin / @Msamir7777 ,

The action is in preview status and may be a temporary issue in your region(s). I will rarely use any preview actions for this specific reason (although some work fantastic 100% of the time).

Sorry, I was unable to duplicate the issue.

    Same problem here.

since 5 days ago stopped working all convertions file types ussing office. I've tried .xlsx, .docx and .ods, and none are working (the only one working os HTML to PDF). I've made a new simple flow with only the step of converting a file and getting the same problem (to eliminate previous steps possible errors)

Other people within my organization have the same problem.

    From de error

    Error from Office Service. Url=https://excelcs.officeapps.live.com/document/export/pdf HttpCode=NotFound cert=subject:;thumbprint: ResponseHeaders=Connection: close

seems like is not finding the office service to make the conversion.

I've made a recurrence to try to run the flow every hour and to send me a teams message if working again but til now goes 2 days with only failed flows

Re: Convert File to PDF Failue

    Hi @Msamir7777 ,

Understood.  I would review the following:

    1. Test with Different Files (reprocess a previously successful file/flow)

    • If the conversion fails with a specific file, test the flow with different files to see if the issue is file specific. Some files may have properties or restrictions that prevent them from being converted.

    2. Service Limits and Quotas

    • Review any applicable limits or quotas for the services being used (like API call limits or file size limits). Exceeding these limits can result in failed conversions.

    Hi @Msamir7777 ,

Understood.  That's why you may need to check your permissions.  As you said, nothing in the flow or template has changed so what has possibly changed?  Folder or OneDrive permissions.  It is one of the main root causes but doesn't mean that is the root cause, but check if you can access and open the file in OneDrive Online.
