To keep things brief, right now Im trying to compare the subject/title of an email to the corresponding item in a sharepoint list. (Have a flow which each time we get en email an item is made in the share point list with the title of the itme being the title/subject of the email) When the email is moved out the inbox i Want to update the status of the item to "done". So right now Im ttrying to loop through and see if the title of the sharepoint list is present in an email in the inbox. For now that comparsion isnt working so I want to basically get the output of the "get emails" and store it in an array. Can someone advise me? Below are screenshots of my flow.

The output of the Get Emails (V3) action is an array. It's important to note that the max number of emails returned from this action is 25 emails. It's hard to offer any recommendations without seeing your full flow and the logic behind it. Toggle off the New Designer and click each action to expand it. Upload a screenshot of your flow in edit mode.

From what I can see it looks like you are trying to compare the subject line of your email to the title of your SharePoint list item. Unclear on which operator you are using. However, I can tell you that you'll want to convert both the subject line of your email and the title of your SharePoint list item to lower case to prevent any case sensitivity issues.

Also, instead of looping through each email subject line and running a check against the items in your SP list (or viseversa) you'll want to use a Filter Array action to filter out the items (or emails) that match your criteria.

Did you know that the Condition action has a limit of 10 conditions? Although it might look like the Filter Array action can only accept one condition—this is not true. By using the advanced mode you can enter multiple conditions into a Filter Array action with an expression.
