I need to perform calculations utilizing LOG10 and LOG20. I am not a math guy. I can't figure out how to get my answer other than with a LOG function like Excel has.
An example of the exact formula is:
Convert 20 watts to dBm:
P(dBm) = 10 ⋅ log10(1000⋅20W) = 43.0103dBm

Per the documentation: The Ln function returns the natural logarithm (base e) of its argument. I'm no mathematician but this is the closest that PowerApps has for logarithms. example:
