Trying to find a way to move an email to another account.

Hi there,

With Outlook for the desktop, I had made a "quick action" that allowed me to move an email to a service box. Which meant that JIRA could take in the emails I sent to it without changing the recipient. However, since I'm using the new Outlook, I don't see the folders from this service box in my interface. I was wondering if Power Automate could help me with this problem.

Anyone have an idea?

Thank you!

It can't move an email from a mailbox to another.

I know. That's why I ask the question.

    Thank you

    Hi @sandeepstw,

the topic starter wants to move an email to a different mailbox. As far as I know, Power Automate cannot do that.

    Hi There,

"When a new email arrives" use this trigger in Outlook.com connector. Add a "Condition" action to check if the received email satisfies condition you want to be checked. Then use use the "Move email" action of the Outlook.com connector.

But this feature is available as 'quick action' in outlook.

Please give kudos and mark as solution if it helps.

    Thanks,

    Sandeep Mishra

Power Automate will not help - just use "old" Outlook for Windows.
