Looking for a way to convert the following input format to the out put format.

Input

[
 "A",
 "B"
]

Desired Output

[
 {
 "item": "A"
 },
 {
 "item": "B"
 },
]

I started to use the "Select' action. However, the values came out null.

    You were on the right track using a Select.

    See example. The expression used is below. Note that Data is a Compose.

    item()

    After running the flow, we would get the following output.

    What is the expression you're using for the Select?

    When I do it, this is what's outputting. I've tried items, children, from within this expression.

    body('Compose')?[0]?['from']
