I need to create a survey/form in Microsoft Forms when another user creates a Training Event on SharePoint. The survey/form is used when the user actually goes to the training - they are to click on the survey/form as they start the training event at home.
While I have seen the triggers for creating items in SharePoint from a response from Microsoft Forms, I would prefer to do this the opposite way as I also haven't seen triggers for when a brand new Microsoft Form is created.
By finding a way to automate these two steps, would save so much time.
Hello @mhines ,
I don't think it's possible using Power Automate, there's just one way communication from MS Forms to Power Automate. But if it's the same form for all trainings, you could share the form as a template and then share it with others, they could then easily create a duplicate of the form.
