Getting null return when retrieving comments from sharepoint list items

I'm attempting to get all each SharePoint list item comments using an HTTP action:
and getting this result:
Each list item has a comment.

    I wasn't able to duplicate the error.  The only thing that I have different than yours is the uri formatting and the headers.  Please review.
