Help needed with Flow not sending email after form submission

As previously posted, and with much assistance from user: FLMike, I am still current facing issues with my flow.

Here are the steps I’ve taken:

I placed my required inputs at the bottom and optional ones up top, I still receive the error message.

But when I manually test it though power automate it's all-green no errors but dont recieve the email at all anymore. While when I test through the canvas app, I receive this.

(I fill in all blanks just to secure a pass)

What else can I do, or what other info is needed so I can help clear any confusion.

Making some of the parameters optional does not mean you don't need to pass a value for that parameter. It just means that the value can be null. Make sure to include a null value for the optional prompts when calling the Run.

Unless you have another issue come back. Yeah its weird that you have to pass at least a null or blank even though its optional. I know it seems backwards.
