Certificate sending with excel list and power automate

Hi all,

 

I have been trying to use an excel list to fill out a certificate in MS Word, then convert to PDF which will then send automatically to each user using outlook on power automate.

 

This has been taking over a week and multiple failed attempts. Could someone help please?
