Updating SharePoint properties from MS Form input

I am new to MS Forms and power Automate and have only been using for about a week or 2. I was wondering if there is a way that you can take what a user selects in a choice box on MS Forms and translate that into where the word doc in this example uploads into a sharepoint document library.

for example

User submits the MS Form > that then goes to Power Automate > gets inputted into a word doc > uploads into a document library on sharepoint > then updates the properties of the document to reflect the user input e.g if the user selects option 1 it goes into the option 1 sub-heading, if the user selects option 2 it goes into the option 2 sub-heading.

i can get the file to upload to sharepoint and update the properties based off what i tell it to but not what the user selects within the form.
