How to send an email from MS Teams based on the message

Hi guys,

I need some help, I have a MS Teams channel where some generic messages from a monitoring tool are shared when an issue happens with an application, the message is similar to this:

Getting missing snapshot for the below warehouses.
2 Missing snapshots since: 2023-03-10T05:10:57 for warehouse name: Fort Worth - Prod and id: 06091b2c-0ef6-4d5e-a770-791ba59b346bb

It has multiple sites, so each site represents a different customer, hence a different contact/email, so I want to share this message from the MS Teams channel to an email based on the customer, how can I validate/read the message to say "Fort Worth = Client 1", then the To should be shared to the Client 1 email and so on.

Could you please rephrase - it's unclear for me what are you trying to achieve.

I want to send an email when a message is added to a MS Teams channel, but the receiver of the email should be dynamic, this will depend of the customer shared in the message, so for example if the message says that something is failing for Customer A, the email should be triggered to Customer A, if issue is with Customer B, then trigger email to Customer B and so on, maybe the email addresses can be set as variables but the only thing I need is how to "read" or determine to whom send the email. Hope I specified better my request.
