My guess is it's greyed out on the home page and activates when you go to My Flows

Did you click "my flows" then select "environment" where you have permissions to access and create flows?

In case if you dont have access to create flows under your current environment, Please create one test environment and update your environment in your PAD onprem tool and see it change from disabled to enable.

Also new version causes issues for many folks, so try to downgrade if you using 2.40 or higher to 2.39 version.

    Thanks,

    Deenu

Have you logged into the application by using your Microsoft account?

    Hi @usmanabbasi360 ,

Kindly check your environment, try to switch the default environment where you've sufficient permissions to create the flows.

    thanks and regards,

Power Automate Desktop is only free if you use it with a personal Microsoft account. If you signed into it via a work or school account, it requires a license. You either need a trial license, or a paid Power Automate Premium license to be able to create desktop flows.

Also, if you are using a work/school account AND have a proper license but are still unable to create flows, this might be because you do not have the appropriate security role to create flows in the corresponding environment. But it doesn't seem like that is the case, as you do not actually have access to any environments, based on your screenshot. So, please check the account you're using and whether it is properly licensed, if you use a work/school account.
