I have created a flow in SharePoint with the event “when file is created or modified (properties only). Currently, we are using a free subscription of flow with the frequency of 5 min. We are planning to buy either P1 or P2 subscription which offers a frequency of 3 and 1 min, but I have a below query with regards to P1 or P2 subscription

Query – Do we need to purchase subscription for all consumers of flow OR buying subscription for the creator of flow will be enough. Does the frequency varies depending on the subscription of the user who trigger the flow by either creating or uploading a document.

With the When file is created or modified (properties only) trigger, you don't need to run it on a schedule. It will trigger automatically when a file is created or modified. Running it every 5 minutes manually doesn't stop it from also running immediately when a file is created or modified. You don't use a trigger with a schedule, you use the schedule as your trigger.
As far as Flow licensing is concerned, the license is required for the creator of the Flow(s). You can view the detailed pricing breakdown of the various Flow licenses here - https://flow.microsoft.com/pricing/#plan-feature-table

Hi @Taha_Sarkhot ,

It seems that you would like the flow to be triggered with a frequency of 3 or 2 minute, then I assume that only purchase subscription of the flow for the creator would be enough, whenever who create a file in the folder, the flow will be triggered with the frequency on the subscription of the creator.
