Hi
I'm a fairly novice user but have successfully setup a few flows which have been working well.
One flow triggers when an email with specific criteria lands in a shared mailbox, and creates an entry in a SharePoint list. We then want to move the email into a folder but because this can't be done on a Shared Mailbox so somebody is doing manually, not ideal but this has been working well, until today...
Today a matching email arrived and the process didn't trigger. On checking I can see that somebody saw the email and moved it the the subfolder very soon (seconds) after it arrived. Would this prevent the flow from triggering?
If not any other suggestions?
Cheers
Kevin
@kevintweedie Yes, flow has to check if condition is met to trigger and the email was moved almost immediately after it arrived in the mailbox.
