Hi All,
Does anyone know how to add the "Related" tab back to a Model Driven App Form? I had removed the tab at one point, but now want to reinclude it as I want to allow people to look at the audit log of their requests

Hi @apol3,
You can make it visible again in the form designer --> toggle the "show hidden" at the bottom, click on "Related" tab again and uncheck the "Hide" option.
