Common data service current environment

Hello everyone

I have this concern:

For each workorder generated in dynamics, it passes through Initial, reception and closing process, it generates 3 documents(docx) in each state run in three diffrent flows. The documents are in docx format, then, they are converted to PDF and it gets storaged One drive, after this, they should be received in dynamics as a PDF document and an email should be sent also, The connector we think that is getting trouble is "create note in dynamics to upload PDF" since no note is created as PDF.

"The initial document flow and the reception documents flow work just fine, but the closing document flow delivers PDF empty document. "

User comments that the reception and initial document flow work fine since they use default common data service connectors
The closing document flow (affected one) uses some sort of "common data service (current environment) connectors since she was advised that these connectors will allow to add email sending, since the document status should be delivered as an email to a person in dynamics

The problem is that the Closing note appears as empty, but the other two are converted correctly to PDF

Does any one knows if these CDS current environment connectors should be causing the issue?
