Power Automate Work flow for uploading documents upon approval

Hello team,
 
I am trying to setup an automation for whoever tries to upload the file in document library will trigger an approval to site owner.
 
once the owner approves the file would be uploaded in library.

    you might want to have either two libraries or folders as by the time the flow is triggered the file already exists.
    You can have a "For Approvals" or "Drafts" folder where files get added and then the flow will move approved files to the destination

    or you can add a property on the document library called approved and by default the view will not show files with approved no and upon approval it can change that property to yes and people will see it.
