I was trying a lot to do something but now I need some help.

I guess, you are using the Lauch New Firefox, IE, Chrome, Edge browser action, am I correct?
You are right, there is no option for setting the timed out to prevent loading forever. However, you can have a workaround solution by turning off the option: Wait for page to load. By turning this Off, PAD will not wait for the page loading, then you have to handled it by yourself by using Wait actions to handle your page loading, for ex: Wait for 5,..n seconds, Wait for Image, Wait for element,...
I think this can be a good idea for the Power Automate team to improve. You might submit your ideas for this to the Power Automate Ideas.
